She offers assistance with challenges such as postpartum depression, anxiety, healing after challenging birthing experiences, coping with feelings of isolation, infertility, and adapting to the demands of parenthood. Sarah is prepared to guide you through the intricacies of parenthood and the path leading up to it.

Approaching each session with empathy, Sarah collaborates with you to establish a therapeutic relationship tailored to your needs. Drawing from a diverse array of effective psychotherapeutic techniques, she aims to empower you on your journey to well-being. Sessions with Sarah encompass humor, meaningful conversations, engaging activities, thought-provoking questions, and some enjoyable homework. Babies are welcome to join! Sarah also holds certifications in Trauma Therapy and an MBA, where she advocated for parents in corporate settings.
